Vibrant cotton checks

This is gingham for the creative souls! Our south Indian checkered fabric has a characteristic patchwork of shot cotton, where the warp (lengthwise threads) are dyed one colour and the weft (side-to-side threads) are dyed another colour to bring depth and interest to the fabric.
